RETURNS AND REFUNDS
This outlines the conditions and circumstances in which products will be accepted for return and/or refund as well as the necessary procedure you will need to undertake to return the defected or damaged product.
You as the customer are not entitled to any refund, or replacement product other than to that which is expressed in this policy
The right to return non- defective or incorrect products.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or placed an incorrect order after receiving the product, you may return it to Reduce Skincare within 7 days of delivery, with no reason and without penalty, in order to obtain a full purchase price refund. To apply for a refund or replacement simply follow our Returns Procedure below.
The non-defective products to be returned will need to be in their original, intact and undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Reduce Skincare will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item should you not require a refund and we incorrectly packed the wrong item.
The right to return defective products
Products may only be returned when defective, damaged, or cause a sensitive or allergic reaction. Such defective goods may be returned to Reduce Skincare within 2 months of delivery, in accordance with our Return Procedure.
For a product to be deemed defective you will need to provide a valid reason for the return, including an explanation and images as proof. You must report any defect in the product as soon as it is discovered.
If an incorrect product is delivered, this must be reported within 24 hours.
Should all return criteria be met and approved by Reduce Skincare, you shall be notified via email and a courier shall be organized to collect the defective product from you.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours after payment. If an order is placed after 1 pm on a Friday the order will only be dispatched the following Monday.
Local Delivery to South Africa
We provide free shipping on all orders of R500.00 or more (after discounts) locally in KZN and R550.00 Nationally. For any orders less than R500.00 please choose your delivery options at check out.
Our mission is to operate sustainably and that is why we use Mielie Mailers to protect your orders during delivery. These flyers are entirely compostable after 6 months and are therefore carbon negative.
How to track your parcel
You will be provided with a waybill number once your order has left our premises. You may use this number to track your order through The Courier Guy’s website.
We currently do not ship internationally.
