We here at Reduce believe in balance when it comes to our eating habits, lifestyle and mindsets. The Reducer mindset we hope to share is one of openness and consciousness about what you do and how you do it. This is extremely important when it comes to the foods you eat and the products you use.


Veganism and plant-based lifestyles are on the rise, which is incredible, but what about those who want to make an impact but are still on the fence about giving up animal-based products? Well, there is a simple answer to this and it is all about balance!


As Anne Marie Bonneau said "We don't need a handful of people doing zero waste perfectly. We need millions of people doing it imperfectly." This can also be applied to veganism and sustainability. One does not need to be a perfect Vegan and be completely plant-based to make a difference.


Perhaps instead of being the perfect Vegan, you can be more conscious in certain areas of your life - for example with the Skincare that you use, how you shop, whether you have dedicated meat-free days or even the clothes that you wear. There are so many options and areas where you can make small changes that make a huge difference! So don't be despondent if you don't feel an entirely plant-based life is for you - you can still make an impact by making meaningful choices in other areas of your life.


Everything is about balance and inclusivity, being conscious and making a long term commitment to being sustainable is far better than doing nothing. We want you to change your mindset and realize there are no two sides, we all have the same goal of living a full life in a beautiful world. So start small, make small changes and the world will reap the rewards.
